The GRACO 213059 is a low pressure, liquid filter designed to protect equipment from contaminants. It is constructed primarily from anodized aluminum, with additional components in stainless steel, PTFE, and plated steel. Its intended use is to filter fluids in large circulation and supply systems, preventing premature pump and gun wear, surface defects, reworks, and tip plugging in GRACO equipment.

Key Features:

  • Filter
  • Low Pressure Red Alert Filter, 100 mesh (149 micron) element, 3/4 NPT
  • Anodized Aluminum, Stainless Steel, PTFE, Plated Steel
  • 6 gpm (22.7 lpm)
  • Maximum Working Pressure: 2.1 MPa (21 bar, 2100 kPa, 300 psi)
  • Designed for use with GRACO low pressure, medium volume fluid systems
  • Red Alert indicator signals when filter element replacement is needed
  • Large filter area (36 in²) for extended service life
  • Easy maintenance and reliable operation
  • Robust construction for durability

Applications:
Ideal for large circulation and supply systems in industrial, mining, and agricultural environments where fluid cleanliness is critical to equipment longevity and performance.

Installation Notes:

  • Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety in fluid handling systems.
  • Allow at least 3 inches (76 mm) clearance below the filter for easy removal of the bowl
  • Install a fluid drain valve at the base of each filter to relieve pressure and reduce risk of injury
  • For continuous operation, consider installing a dual filter or filter bypass system to allow cleaning or servicing without system shutdown
  • Regularly check and replace the filter element as indicated by the Red Alert indicator
  • Use the drain valve to relieve pressure before servicing
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines for cleaning and maintenance
