The GRACO 24B625 is a diaphragm kit designed for use in GRACO diaphragm pumps. It features overmolded polychloroprene (neoprene) diaphragms, which provide durability and chemical resistance. The kit is intended to replace worn or damaged diaphragms, ensuring reliable pump operation and fluid transfer in industrial applications.
Key Features:
Diaphragm Kit
24B625
Polychloroprene (Neoprene) Overmolded Diaphragms
Designed for GRACO diaphragm pumps (specific models not listed in available sources)
Overmolded construction for enhanced durability
Includes multiple o-rings and PTFE components for comprehensive maintenance
Designed for easy replacement and maintenance
Reliable performance in demanding industrial environments
Applications: Used in GRACO diaphragm pumps for fluid transfer in industrial, mining, agricultural, and lubrication applications.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal pump performance, longevity, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise reliability and void warranties.
Clamp the shaft flats in a vise before assembly
Assemble the air side plate onto the diaphragm with the rounded side facing the diaphragm
Apply medium-strength (blue) Loctite or equivalent to the threads of the diaphragm assembly and screw into the shaft hand-tight
Apply lithium-based grease to the shaft u-cups and the length and ends of the diaphragm shaft before sliding the shaft into the housing
Reattach the fluid cover and follow torque instructions in the manual
To ensure proper seating and extend diaphragm life, attach the second fluid cover with air pressure on the pump (minimum 20 psi/0.14 MPa/1.4 bar)
Use the supplied tool (104) where the air valve gasket normally goes, with arrows facing the attached fluid cover
