Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance of the sprayer system.
• Modify the cart as required for Heavy Duty Xtreme Sprayers (Series A and B): loosen mounting bolts, remove pump assembly, cut hose rack flush with mounting plate, and modify cart front to fit mount plate.
• Reassemble pump to cart after modifications.
• Assemble kit components with provided sealant.
• Loosely assemble brackets and upper bracket with screws and nuts; lift bracket to catch hopper handle, then tighten.
• Debur sharp edges after cutting to avoid injury.
• Follow all instructions in the GRACO manual for safe and effective installation.
• Use recommended tools: reciprocating saw with steel cutting blade, drill with 7/16 in. bit, hammer, and center punch.
• Ensure all connections are secure and sealed to prevent leaks.
• Regularly inspect hopper and connections for wear or damage.
