The GRACO Husky 515 is a double diaphragm pump designed for reliable fluid transfer in industrial environments. It is constructed with polypropylene, PTFE, and acetal materials, making it suitable for handling a wide range of chemicals and fluids. This pump is intended for use in applications requiring safe, leak-free, and efficient transfer of liquids, especially where hazardous or corrosive fluids are involved.
Key Features:
Air-operated double diaphragm pump
Husky 515, 1/2 inch inlet/outlet
Polypropylene, PTFE, acetal
Up to 15 gpm (56.7 lpm)
Operates on as little as 20 psi (1.4 bar, 0.14 MPa); inlet pressure >15 psi may shorten diaphragm life
Designed for use with a wide range of industrial fluids, including corrosive and hazardous chemicals
ATEX certified
Split manifold option for pumping multiple fluids without mixing
Stall-free, low pulsation air valve for smooth and rapid changeover
Bolt-through fluid cover design for leak prevention and enhanced safety
No mechanical seals, reducing risk of leaks and failures
Quiet operation (<85 dBa), with remote muffler capability
Easy-to-service air valve and ball checks
Reliable air valve for years of dependable performance
Applications: Ideal for chemical transfer, paint and coatings, water treatment, food processing, and other industrial applications requiring safe and efficient fluid handling.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and safety, and helps maintain warranty and performance standards.
Ensure air pressure at connectors is at least 30% of the air pressure to the air motor for proper operation
Use conductive hoses with conductive (acetal) pumps; ground the fluid system if using non-conductive pumps
Install a fluid drain valve to relieve pressure in the hose if it becomes plugged, reducing risk of injury or contamination
Avoid inlet fluid pressures greater than 15 psi to prolong diaphragm life
