• For valve replacement, use GRACO Valve Replacement Kit 25D904 and follow recommended torque specifications (20–30 ft. lb / 27.12–40.67 N•m)
• Align trigger assembly and trip rod holes during reassembly
• Regularly inspect for leaks and wear
• Clean and lubricate o-rings during reassembly
