Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the equipment.
• Apply grease (supplied with the kit) to spool, o-rings, and bearings, and inside the housing
• Assemble o-rings and bearings onto the spool, aligning bearing gaps away from ports in the housing
• Install spool in housing and secure with washer and clip
• Install plate onto spool, noting orientation hole location
• Install handle with screw, washer, and nut
• Apply grease to o-ring, then install seat, o-ring, and swivel
• Regularly inspect spool and seat for wear
• Rotate spool and/or seat 180° for extended life if not worn through completely
• Use only recommended lubricants and replacement parts
