The Manzel® HP-50™ is a high-pressure compressor lubricator replacement pump designed for automatic lubrication systems. It is constructed with a cast iron reservoir and is intended for use with oil-based lubricants. This pump is engineered to deliver precise, metered lubrication at extremely high pressures, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments where reliable lubrication is critical for equipment longevity and performance.

Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO replacement parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance of the lubrication system.
• Completely fill the lubricator reservoir with clean, filtered lubricant before operation
• Monitor oil level using sight glasses; do not allow oil to drop below the bottom sight glass
• Remove vent plugs at the top of pump sight glasses during initial filling to aid priming
• Prime the pump if the sight well does not contain oil
• For best results, use a Manzel terminal check valve in the lubrication system
• Optional steam or electric heater can be fitted to maintain proper oil viscosity if required
