The GRACO Husky 1050A-E is an air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for reliable fluid transfer in demanding industrial environments. It is constructed with a robust aluminum body and is intended for use with oils, waste oils, and similar fluids. This pump is engineered for smooth, low-pulsation operation and is suitable for applications requiring high flow rates and the ability to handle small solids.
Key Features:
Pneumatic (air-operated) double diaphragm pump
Husky 1050A-E
Aluminum body, Buna-N or Nitrile Rubber seats, TPE diaphragms (varies by configuration)
Up to 50 GPM (189 LPM) depending on configuration
Maximum fluid working pressure: 100–125 psi (0.7–0.86 MPa, 7–8.6 bar) depending on configuration; Maximum air pressure: 50–100 psi (0.35–0.7 MPa, 3.5–7 bar) depending on configuration
For use with oils, waste oils, and similar fluids; 1" NPT connections standard
UL-listed (for certain models)
Stall-free low pulsation air valve for smooth operation
Bolted design for even sealing and easy maintenance
Capable of handling solids up to 1/8 in. (3.2 mm)
Reliable, robust construction for continuous duty
Easy to maintain with accessible components
Applications: Ideal for fluid reclamation, oil transfer, waste oil handling, and general industrial fluid transfer in mining, agriculture, and other heavy-duty environments.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump efficiency and longevity.
Ensure proper alignment of inlet and outlet connections (1" NPT standard)
Use recommended air pressure (20–100 psi, 0.14–0.7 MPa) for best performance
Check and maintain diaphragms and seats regularly for wear
Follow manufacturer guidelines for cycle rates (recommended 93–140 CPM for continuous use)
Install in a clean, dry environment to prevent contamination and corrosion
