The GRACO Husky 3300 is a heavy-duty, air-operated double diaphragm pump featuring an aluminum center section, Buna-N (nitrile) seats, polychloroprene weighted balls, and a Buna-N diaphragm. It is designed for reliable, leak-free transfer of a wide range of fluids, including those with solids, in industrial and maintenance applications.
Key Features:
Air-operated double diaphragm pump
Husky 3300, 3" (76.2 mm) ANSI/DIN/NPT
Aluminum center section, Buna-N seats, polychloroprene weighted balls, Buna-N diaphragm
Up to 1,136 L/min (300 GPM)
Maximum fluid pressure: 8.6 bar (125 psi)
Compatible with a wide range of fluids, including those with solids up to 12.7 mm
Stall-free low pulsation air valve for smooth, rapid changeover
One-piece center section for leak-free operation and reduced maintenance
Modular, heavy-duty construction
Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to other air-operated diaphragm pumps
Expanded material offering for diverse applications
Four-bolt joint design for even sealing pressure
Applications: Ideal for transferring fluids with solids in industries such as mining, agriculture, chemical processing, and general industrial maintenance. Suitable for applications requiring high flow rates and robust, reliable performance.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the pump. Non-genuine parts may compromise reliability and void warranties.
Install the pump as close as possible to the material source to minimize suction requirements and maximize performance
Use grounded, flexible fluid hoses to reduce the risk of static sparking
Install a fluid drain valve near the fluid outlet and a shutoff valve in the fluid outlet line
Follow torque instructions for manifold assembly to prevent leaks
Regularly inspect and maintain diaphragms, seats, and balls for wear and replace as needed
