The GRACO Husky 3300 is a heavy-duty, air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for industrial fluid transfer. It features an aluminum center section, acetal seats, and polychloroprene standard balls and diaphragms, making it suitable for handling a wide range of chemicals and abrasive fluids in demanding environments.

Key Features:

  • Air-operated double diaphragm pump
  • Husky 3300, 3" (76.2 mm) inlet/outlet
  • Aluminum center section, acetal seats, polychloroprene standard balls and diaphragms
  • Up to 1,135–1,136 L/min (300 gpm)
  • Maximum working pressure: 8.6 bar (125 psi)
  • Compatible with a wide range of chemicals and abrasive fluids; available in aluminum, polypropylene, and stainless steel configurations
  • Stall-free, low pulsation air valve for smooth and rapid changeover
  • One-piece center section for leak-free operation and reduced maintenance
  • Modular, stall-resistant air valve design
  • Heavy-duty construction for long service life
  • Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to other air-operated diaphragm pumps
  • Improved efficiency (up to 40% more efficient)
  • Four-bolt joint design for even sealing pressure and leak-free operation
  • Three-piece manifold for increased installation flexibility

Applications:
Ideal for transferring chemicals, slurries, and abrasive fluids in industries such as mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and wastewater treatment. Suitable for applications requiring high flow rates and robust construction.

Installation Notes:

  • Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump efficiency and longevity.
  • Install the pump as close as possible to the material source to minimize suction requirements and maximize performance
  • Use grounded, flexible fluid hoses to reduce the risk of static sparking
  • Install a fluid drain valve near the fluid outlet
  • Install a shutoff valve in the fluid outlet line
  • Follow torque instructions for manifold assembly to prevent leaks
  • Regularly inspect and maintain diaphragms, seats, and balls for wear and replace as needed
