The GRACO 96G051 G3® Standard Oil Lubrication Pump is an electric piston pump designed for dispensing oil and grease (NLGI Grades #000 to #2) in automatic lubrication systems. It features a 4-liter, UV-resistant, high-impact reservoir and is intended for use in off-road equipment and industrial applications to extend machinery life, reduce operating costs, and increase productivity. The pump is constructed for professional use and is not approved for explosive atmospheres or hazardous locations.
Maximum Working Pressure: 5100 psi (35.1 MPa, 351.6 bar)
Works with injector-based and series progressive systems; compatible with NLGI Grades #000 to #2 greases and oil with at least 40cSt
Conforms to ANSI/UL 73; Certified to CAN/CSA Std. 22.2 No 68-09
Adjustable pump element (1 included, can accommodate up to 3 total)
No internal controller—use with separate or existing machine control for a low-cost solution
Capable of sending a low level signal to external controller or PLC
Advanced flow dynamics to prevent grease separation
Load minimizing drive for longer life
Adjustable stroke pump for custom fit
IP69K rating for protection against water and dust ingress
Applications: Primarily used in off-road equipment, applied fluid technology, process oil and natural gas, and by contractors and DIY users. Suitable for automatic lubrication systems in mining, agriculture, and industrial environments.
