The GRACO A23507 is a chemical injection pump designed for reliable and precise delivery of chemicals. It features an HNBR (Hydrogenated Nitrile) seal and a 1/4 inch plunger, constructed for durability and chemical resistance. This pump is intended for use in chemical injection applications within industrial and maintenance systems.

  • Plunger packings can be replaced in 10 minutes or less
  • Robust and simple design with adjustable fluid packing for longer seal life
  • Proprietary poppet style check valve to prevent valve sticking
  • Same high-quality drive train as other GRACO chemical injection pumps
  • Suitable for ordinary location environmental temperature range (-40° to 131°F / -40° to 55°C)
  • Maximum sound pressure <70 dBa

  • Repeat calibration and adjustment as necessary until the desired flow rate is achieved
  • Refer to the equipment manual for electrical connections and environmental specifications
  • Regularly inspect and replace plunger packings as needed
  • Ensure all wetted parts are compatible with the chemicals being injected
  • Keep pump and surrounding area clean to prevent contamination
