• Insert the REV-TIP cylinder into the REV-GUARD (guard housing assembly)

• Insert the O-Ring gasket on the metal seat so it fits in the grooves
• Finger tighten the REV-GUARD retaining nut onto the gun
• Turn the guard to the desired position and completely tighten the retaining nut
• Regularly inspect and clean the tip for best performance
