The Husky 716 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for the transfer and evacuation of fluids. This model features an aluminum body, polypropylene center section, acetal seats, PTFE balls, and a TPE diaphragm. It is intended for use in industrial applications where reliable, leak-free fluid transfer is required.
Maximum fluid working pressure: 100 psi (7 bar, 0.7 MPa); Air pressure operating range: 30 to 100 psi (2.1 to 7 bar, 0.21 to 0.7 MPa)
Compatible with a wide range of fluids and industrial applications; standard porting options available
No mechanical seals, reducing risk of leaks and failures
Easy-to-service air valve and ball checks
Runs quietly at less than 85 dBa
External controller for remote control capabilities
Center and end porting options
Maximum pump speed: 400 cpm
Maximum suction lift: 15 ft dry, 25 ft wet
Maximum particle size: 0.09 in (2.5 mm)
Applications: Used for transferring and evacuating fluids in industrial, mining, agricultural, and manufacturing environments. Suitable for handling fluids with suspended solids up to 2.5 mm in size.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump efficiency and longevity.
Read all instruction manuals, tags, and labels before operating the equipment
Ensure proper alignment and secure mounting of the pump
Use appropriate fittings and hoses for the intended fluid and pressure
Regularly inspect and maintain air valves, ball checks, and diaphragms for optimal performance
Consult the equipment manual for detailed installation and maintenance procedures
