Installation Notes:

• Ensure heater elements are completely submerged in oil at all times
• Follow wiring schematics for heater options as specified in the manual
• Adjust thermostat to break contact at desired temperature (max recommended: 1500°F/660°C for heater, but actual operating range for oil is 60°F to 240°F/16°C to 116°C)
• Use appropriate number of heaters for reservoir size (1 for 6–12 pints, 2 for 16–24 pints, 3 for 32–40 pints)
