• Grease and install new o-rings on the piston assembly and in the groove in the air motor base
• Clamp the air motor base in a vise by the flange for secure handling during installation
• Grease and install seals and bearings as specified for your model
• Slide the piston rod through the bearing housing assembly and lower the piston assembly into the base
• Carefully lower the cylinder onto the piston assembly and tighten the six screws holding the cylinder to the base
