Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the pump. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump reliability and safety.
• Clamp the shaft flats in a vise before assembly
• Assemble the air side plate onto the diaphragm with the rounded side facing the diaphragm
• Apply medium-strength (blue) Loctite or equivalent to the threads of the diaphragm assembly
• Apply lithium-based grease to the shaft u-cups and the length and ends of the diaphragm shaft
• Reattach the first fluid cover and follow torque instructions in the manual
• Repeat for the other diaphragm assembly
• To ensure proper seating and extend diaphragm life, attach the second fluid cover with air pressure on the pump (minimum 20 psi, 1.4 bar)
• Use the supplied tool (104) where the air valve gasket normally goes, with arrows facing toward the already attached fluid cover
• Reattach the air valve and supply air pressure
