This premium pump delivers approximately 1 liter of fluid for every 12 strokes and is capable of handling lubricants and gear oils with viscosities up to ISO 680, including SAE 140 gear oils. Ideal for use with OilSafe® Utility Lids and 3, 5, or 10 liter/quart drums, it offers smooth, controlled dispensing with minimal user effort.

The Dark Green Premium Pump features an ultra-comfortable D-handle grip design to reduce user fatigue during extended use. Its fully serviceable internals are accessible via a quick-release body collar for extended pump life and simplified maintenance. The pump comes equipped with a 5-foot (1.5 meters) anti-drip discharge hose and an aluminum nozzle with a hook outlet, suitable for fill holes of 1/2" and larger. For smaller fill openings, a Pump Reducer Nozzle accessory is available.

Constructed from premium materials and featuring Viton® O-rings for enhanced chemical resistance, this pump is built for durability, reliability, and contamination control. It supports optional quick-connect configurations that allow filling through the pump body without removing the lid, as well as attachment to machinery fill points via the discharge hose. The removable dark green color-coded body collar assists in easy fluid identification and matches OilSafe® Utility Lids for organized, color-coded lubrication management.
