Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and compatibility with existing equipment.
• Determine agitator shaft size (7/16" or 1/2" square) and select the appropriate shaft adapter.
• Attach the shaft adapter to the motor shaft and tighten the set screw securely (8–9 ft-lbs / 11–12 N•m).
• Torque the socket head screw to 12.5–14 ft-lbs (17–19 N•m).
• Place the threaded housing adapter onto the motor plate and secure with washers and screws (torque to 8–9 ft-lbs / 11–12 N•m).
• Allow for approximately 1/2" (12 mm) of adjustment travel on the adapter shaft for future adjustments.
• Regularly inspect for wear and proper torque on fasteners.
• Ensure air supply is clean and dry to prolong motor life.
