The GRACO 208392 is an air shut-off valve designed to control and isolate air supply lines in GRACO equipment. It is constructed for robust industrial use and is intended to safely stop and start agitators or other air-driven components. The valve features a bleed-type design, allowing for safer system operation by permitting relief of fluid pressure before servicing.
Key Features:
Air shut-off valve (bleed-type)
3/8 in. NPT(F) x 1/4 in. NPT(M)
Max working pressure: 500 psi (34 bar, 3400 kPa)
Designed for use with GRACO air-driven agitators and similar equipment
Bleed-type design for safer servicing
Reliable shut-off and isolation of air supply
Ease of maintenance and installation
Suitable for high-pressure industrial environments
Applications: Used in industrial fluid handling systems, particularly with GRACO air-driven agitators, to control air supply and ensure safe operation and maintenance.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and safety in critical applications.
Install the air shut-off valve in the supply line to control air flow to the agitator or other equipment.
A bleed-type valve is required to isolate air line components for servicing.
Install an air line filter upstream to remove dirt and moisture from the air supply.
Install an air line lubricator downstream for automatic air motor lubrication.
Set the lubricator feed rate at 1 drop of oil per minute for high speed or continuous duty usage.
