The GRACO 258262 HP-50 Lubricator is a high-pressure, multi-pump lubrication system designed for injecting lubricants or compatible fluids into industrial equipment. It features a robust cast iron reservoir and cover, hardened alloy steel cylinders and plungers, and is intended for use in demanding environments such as compressor and circulator cylinder walls, heavily loaded bearings, and other moving parts.
Key Features:
High-pressure, multi-pump lubricator
HP-50 with 4 pumps
Heavily ribbed cast iron reservoir and cover; hardened alloy steel cylinder, plunger, valves, valve seats, and driveshaft; bronze bushed bearings; forged steel regulating lever
Maximum working pressure: 50,000 psi (344 MPa, 3,447 bar)
Oil and compatible fluids; suitable for NLGI #000 to NLGI #2 greases
Single plunger force feed design for efficient injection
All working parts are totally enclosed and self-lubricated
Individual pumping units easily removed for service
Feed rate infinitely variable from minimum to maximum with simple hand adjustment
Low level and shaft rotation alarm (model dependent)
Vacuum sight feeds on self-contained pumping units show output to individual lubrication points
High reliability and long service life
Minimum drive speed: 3 RPM
Minimum fluid viscosity: 100 SUS
Applications: Used for lubricating compressor and circulator cylinder walls, heavily loaded bearings, and other moving parts in industrial machinery.
Installation Notes:
