The GRACO Trabon MSP Zero-Leak Solenoid Valve Section is a modular inlet shut-off valve designed for use in oil-only zoned header line systems. It is constructed to prevent leaks and is typically made from corrosion-protected steel or optional stainless steel, with 90 durometer fluoroelastomer (FKM) O-ring seals. This part is intended to provide reliable shut-off functionality within GRACO lubrication systems, ensuring controlled oil delivery to downstream lubrication points.
Key Features:
Solenoid Valve Section (Zero-Leak, without Manual Override, without Coil)
Trabon MSP Zero-Leak
Corrosion-protected steel or optional stainless steel, FKM O-ring seals
Up to 3,000 psi (typical for MSP Zero-Leak applications)
Oil-only zoned header line systems
Modular, stackable design for easy integration
Zero-leak technology for reliable shut-off
No manual override or coil included
Designed for high reliability and maintenance ease
Applications: Used in industrial lubrication systems for on-road vehicles, off-road equipment, and in-plant machinery where oil-only zoned header line shut-off is required.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures compatibility, reliability, and optimal performance of the lubrication system.
Install as the inlet shut-off valve within the MSP modular divider valve stack
Ensure proper torque on tie rod nuts and mounting screws as per GRACO specifications (typically 5–8 ft lbs for tie rod nuts, 8–9 ft lbs for valve block mounting screws, 1–2 ft lbs for inlet bleed screws, and 12–15 ft lbs for piston enclosure plugs)
Use only compatible oil and ensure filtration as recommended (25 micron filter for oil, 100 mesh strainer for grease if used elsewhere in the system)
Follow all safety and maintenance guidelines provided by GRACO
