The GRACO Husky 1050 is an air-operated double diaphragm pump with an aluminum center section, TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) seats, PTFE balls, and PTFE diaphragm. It is designed for reliable transfer of fluids such as water, antifreeze, and fuel in industrial and commercial applications.
Key Features:
Air-operated double diaphragm pump
Husky 1050, 1" NPT
Aluminum center section, TPE seats, PTFE balls, PTFE diaphragm
Maximum free flow: 50 gpm (189 lpm) (varies by configuration; some sources list 32 gpm for fuel dispense applications)
Maximum fluid working pressure: 125 psi (8.6 bar, 0.86 MPa) (varies by configuration; some sources list 50 psi for fuel dispense applications)
Suitable for water, antifreeze, fuel (including gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oil), and other compatible fluids
UL listed for fuels (for certain configurations)
Stall-free, low pulsation air valve for smooth operation
One-piece center section reduces leaks and maintenance
Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to similar pumps
Spring-loaded, externally serviceable pilot valves for faster changeover and reduced pulsation
ATEX configuration available for hazardous environments
30% more efficient than market leader (for certain configurations)
20% increase in fluid flow compared to Husky 1040
Applications: Industrial and commercial fluid transfer, including water, antifreeze, fuel (gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, lubricating oil), and other compatible fluids. Suitable for fuel dispense applications with appropriate relief valve and configuration.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump efficiency and longevity.
Ensure correct alignment of inlet and outlet ports
Use appropriate thread sealant for NPT connections
Verify air supply pressure and flow rate match pump requirements
Install relief valve for fuel dispense applications if required
Regularly inspect and maintain diaphragm, seats, and balls for wear
