Applications: Industrial fluid transfer, chemical processing, fuel and antifreeze transfer, applications requiring static dissipation and chemical resistance
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and compatibility with existing equipment. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump integrity and safety.
Ensure all connections are secure and leak-free
Follow manufacturer guidelines for air supply and pressure settings
Use appropriate thread sealant for NPT connections
Inspect diaphragms, balls, and seats regularly for wear and replace as needed
Install in a location accessible for maintenance and inspection
Regularly check for leaks and wear
Replace diaphragms, balls, and seats according to maintenance schedule
Keep air supply clean and dry
Monitor pump performance and cycle rate for signs of wear or inefficiency
