The Husky 1050 Conductive Polypropylene Pump is a robust, air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for safe and efficient transfer of fluids in industrial environments. This specific configuration features a conductive polypropylene construction for static dissipation, end flange and remote center section, with acetal seats and balls for chemical resistance, and a TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) diaphragm for flexibility and durability. It is intended for use in applications requiring static-safe handling of fluids such as solvents, fuels, and chemicals.
Maximum free flow: 189 LPM (50 US GPM) for water (varies by configuration)
Maximum working pressure: 8.6 bar (125 psi) for metal versions; for polypropylene, consult manufacturer for exact rating (typically lower than metal)
Compatible with a wide range of fluids including water, antifreeze, fuel, and chemicals; static-safe for flammable or volatile liquids
UL listed; ATEX configuration available for hazardous environments
Stall-free, low pulsation air valve for smooth operation
One-piece center section for leak reduction and easy maintenance
Spring-loaded, externally serviceable pilot valves for rapid changeover
Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to similar pumps
Expanded material options for diverse applications
Applications: Ideal for transferring water, antifreeze, fuel, and chemicals in industrial, mining, agricultural, and vehicle service settings. Suitable for static-sensitive environments and hazardous locations when configured for ATEX.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the pump. Non-genuine parts may compromise reliability and safety.
Ensure proper alignment of all components during assembly
Use appropriate thread sealant for flange and port connections
Verify compatibility of pump materials with the fluid being transferred
Follow all local safety regulations, especially for static-sensitive or hazardous environments
Regularly inspect and maintain pilot valves and diaphragms for optimal performance
