Easy maintenance and robust construction for demanding environments
Applications: Ideal for transferring chemicals, solvents, acids, and abrasive fluids in industrial, mining, agricultural, and manufacturing settings. Suitable for applications requiring high chemical resistance and reliability.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the pump. Non-genuine parts may compromise chemical resistance and reliability.
Ensure all connections are secure and compatible with the pump’s flange and material specifications
Check for proper alignment and support to prevent stress on the pump body
Follow manufacturer guidelines for air supply and pressure settings
Regularly inspect and maintain FKM components for wear and chemical compatibility
Use appropriate gaskets and seals for the intended fluid service
Periodically check diaphragms, seats, and balls for wear or damage
Lubricate moving parts as recommended by GRACO
Monitor for leaks and unusual noise during operation
Replace worn or damaged components with genuine GRACO parts
