The GRACO Husky 3300 (652155) is a heavy-duty, air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for reliable fluid transfer in demanding industrial environments. This model features an aluminum body and center section, aluminum seats, and utilizes Santoprene diaphragms and balls for enhanced chemical resistance and durability. It is intended for use in applications requiring robust, leak-free, and efficient pumping of a wide range of fluids.
Key Features:
Air-operated double diaphragm pump
Husky 3300, 3" (76.2 mm) flange ports
Aluminum body and center section, aluminum seats, Santoprene diaphragms and balls, Buna-N manifold and seat seals
Maximum working pressure: 125 psi (0.86 MPa, 8.6 bar) for aluminum or stainless steel pumps with aluminum center section; 100 psi (0.7 MPa, 6.9 bar) for polypropylene or stainless steel pumps with polypropylene center section. This model uses aluminum center section, so up to 125 psi is applicable.
Compatible with a wide range of industrial fluids, including high-viscosity materials
Stall-free, low pulsation air valve for smooth and rapid changeover
One-piece center section for leak elimination and reduced maintenance
Modular, stall-resistant air valve design
Expanded material offering for handling numerous applications
Up to 5 times longer diaphragm life compared to other air-operated diaphragm pumps
Overall improved efficiency (up to 40% more efficient)
Heavy-duty construction for reliability and long service life
Applications: Ideal for fluid transfer in industries such as mining, agriculture, chemical processing, and general industrial maintenance. Suitable for handling high-viscosity, abrasive, or corrosive fluids.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump efficiency and longevity.
Ensure all connections are secure and properly aligned before operation
Follow manufacturer’s guidelines for pressure and flow rate limits
Regularly inspect diaphragms, balls, and seals for wear and replace as needed
Use appropriate tools and safety equipment during installation and maintenance
Consult the manual for specific installation and maintenance procedures
