The GRACO Husky 3300 is a heavy-duty, air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for transferring a wide range of fluids, including those with solids. This specific configuration features a polypropylene pump with an aluminum center section, stainless steel seats, acetal balls, and a PTFE diaphragm, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications where chemical resistance and durability are required.

Installation Notes:

  • Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and longevity of the pump.
  • Install the pump as close as possible to the material source to maximize suction and performance
  • Minimize suction requirements to maximize pump performance
  • Use grounded, flexible fluid hoses and ensure the system is properly grounded to reduce static sparking risk
  • Install a fluid drain valve near the fluid outlet and a shutoff valve in the fluid outlet line
  • Follow torque instructions for manifold assembly to prevent leaks
  • Regularly inspect diaphragms, seats, and balls for wear and replace as needed
  • Ensure all connections are secure and free from leaks
  • Follow manufacturer’s maintenance schedule for optimal performance
