The Husky 3300 is a heavy-duty, air-operated double diaphragm pump designed for reliable fluid transfer in demanding industrial environments. This specific configuration features a polypropylene pump with an aluminum center section, Santoprene seats, TPE balls, and a Santoprene diaphragm, making it suitable for handling a wide range of chemicals and abrasive fluids.
Key Features:
Air-operated double diaphragm pump
Husky 3300, 3-inch (76.2 mm)
Polypropylene pump with aluminum center section, Santoprene seats, TPE balls, Santoprene diaphragm
Up to 1,135–1,136 L/min (approx. 300 gpm)
Maximum working pressure: 100 psi (0.7 MPa, 6.9 bar) for polypropylene pumps with polypropylene center section; for this configuration (aluminum center section), check with manufacturer for exact rating, but likely similar to aluminum models (up to 125 psi / 8.6 bar)
Compatible with a wide range of chemicals and abrasive fluids; suitable for industrial, mining, and agricultural applications
Stall-free low pulsation air valve for smooth and rapid changeover
One-piece center section for leak reduction and lower maintenance
Modular, heavy-duty construction for reliability and long service life
Large flow paths for high-viscosity materials
Four-bolt joint design for even sealing and leak-free operation
Applications: Ideal for transferring chemicals, slurries, and abrasive fluids in industrial, mining, and agricultural settings. Suitable for applications requiring robust, maintenance-friendly pumps.
Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety. Non-genuine parts may compromise pump integrity and void warranties.
Install the pump as close as possible to the material source to minimize suction requirements and maximize performance
Use grounded, flexible fluid hoses to reduce static sparking risk
Install a fluid drain valve near the fluid outlet and a shutoff valve in the fluid outlet line
Follow torque instructions for manifold assembly to prevent leaks
Regularly inspect and maintain diaphragms, seats, and balls for wear
