Installation Notes:
Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and compatibility with existing equipment.
Ensure proper alignment of flanges and secure all connections
Check for correct air pressure (20–125 psi / 0.14–0.86 MPa) and fluid pressure (up to 125 psi / 8.6 bar)
Inspect diaphragms, balls, and seats for wear before installation
Follow manufacturer guidelines for maintenance intervals and part replacement
Use appropriate gaskets and seals for chemical compatibility
Regularly inspect and maintain diaphragms and seals
Monitor pump speed and air consumption for optimal performance
Replace worn parts with genuine GRACO components to prevent leaks and downtime
