• Clean the cover gasket groove and replace the cover seal gasket if the cover has ever been tightened down
• Close the inlet and outlet ball valves and open the fluid drain valve to relieve pressure before servicing
• Alternately tighten the three clamp assemblies in small increments to a recommended torque of 30-45 ft-lb (40-60 N•m)
