Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, reliability, and safety in high-pressure applications.
• Follow torque specifications for inlet housing (140-150 ft-lb / 189-203 N•m)
• Install shims (17) into inlet housing (14) before pressing inlet ball guide (15) into place (specific to L180C7)
• Lubricate and install o-rings (27*) in top and bottom grooves of inlet ball guide (15)
• Ensure correct shim configuration for desired ball travel length
• Reconnect lower to air motor as per Xtreme Packages manual (311164)
• Regularly inspect and replace packing as needed
• Check for leaks and wear on o-rings and seals
• Use only recommended lubricants and replacement parts
