Installation Notes:

• Using genuine GRACO parts ensures optimal performance, safety, and equipment longevity.
• Ensure the cart is on a flat and level surface to prevent tip-over and equipment damage
• Use appropriate tools: two adjustable wrenches, non-sparking hammer or plastic mallet, torque wrench, and flat head screwdriver
• Ground the sprayer before installation
• Remove pump guard and check packing nut; fill with Throat Seal Liquid and torque to 100–110 ft-lb (135–150 N•m)
• Reinstall pump guard
• Attach electrically conductive fluid hoses to pump outlet and gun, ensuring all pressure connections are tight
• Connect air supply hose to air inlet
• Flush and prime the system before use
