Pneumercator MP450S-XXX-21-L04 316 SS Magnetostrictive Rigid Probe, Custom Length, Product Gauging with Integrated Temperature Sensing – (SKU: MP450S-XXX-21-L04)

Pneumercator MP450S-XXX-21-L04 316 SS Magnetostrictive Rigid Probe, Custom Length, Product Gauging with Integrated Temperature Sensing – (SKU: MP450S-XXX-21-L04) is a rigid stainless steel magnetostrictive probe designed for accurate product level measurement and integrated temperature monitoring, supplied in a custom overall length to match specific tank depths.

Magnetostrictive Product Gauging: The MP450S-XXX-21-L04 uses a guided float and magnetostrictive sensing to provide high‑resolution continuous level measurement along the active probe length, delivering precise product height data for inventory management, ullage calculation, and configurable high/low level alarms when used with compatible monitoring equipment.

Custom Length Configuration: The “XXX” length code indicates that the probe is built to a specified insertion length so the active measuring range can be tailored to individual tank dimensions, allowing standardization on a common probe style across tanks of varying depths.

Integrated Temperature Sensing: A built‑in temperature sensing element within the probe assembly provides a representative product temperature signal from the tank, enabling temperature‑compensated inventory calculations, basic product quality checks, and temperature‑dependent alarm or control logic.

Rigid 316 Stainless Steel Construction: The probe features a rigid 316 stainless steel shaft with compatible wetted materials for corrosion resistance and mechanical durability in typical fuel and light chemical storage environments, helping ensure stable, repeatable measurement performance over time.

Typical Applications: The MP450S-XXX-21-L04 is suited for gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, and similar product tanks that require continuous product level monitoring and a single temperature point with a custom probe length, providing comprehensive monitoring through one tank penetration.
