Pneumercator MP461SA-202-11 316 SS Flexible Magnetostrictive Probe, Single-Float Product Gauging with One Thermistor – MP46xS Series Flexible Mag Probe (SKU: MP461SA-202-11)

Pneumercator MP461SA-202-11 316 SS Flexible Magnetostrictive Probe, MP46xS Series Flexible Mag Probe – (SKU: MP461SA-202-11) is a flexible magnetostrictive level probe from Pneumercator’s MP46xS series, designed for accurate product level measurement and integrated temperature monitoring in vertical bulk or chemical storage tanks where rigid probes are impractical.

Flexible Magnetostrictive Product Gauging: The MP461SA-202-11 uses magnetostrictive technology along a flexible sensing element with a guided float to provide high‑resolution continuous product level measurement over the active probe length, supporting precise inventory management, ullage calculations, and configurable level alarms when used with compatible tank monitoring consoles.

Single-Float Configuration: This model is arranged for a single float, providing continuous product level measurement (rather than separate product and interface levels), making it suitable where only primary product height is required from the probe.

Integrated Thermistor Temperature Sensing: A built‑in thermistor within the probe assembly provides a representative product temperature signal from the tank, enabling temperature‑compensated inventory, basic product quality checks, and temperature‑based alarm or control logic.

Flexible 316 Stainless Steel Construction: The MP461SA-202-11 combines a flexible magnetostrictive sensing cable with 316 stainless steel and compatible wetted materials for corrosion resistance and mechanical durability in fuels and many industrial chemicals, while allowing installation in tall tanks or where straight riser height limits the use of rigid probes.

Typical Applications: This probe is suited for bulk fuel tanks, chemical storage tanks, and similar vertical vessels requiring continuous product level monitoring and a single temperature point via a flexible probe that can be installed through standard top connections.
