Pneumercator PC1004-A-03-00-3 Automatic Pump Up/Down Pump Controller with Critical High/Low Alarms, Manual Override & Emergency Stop, 3-Phase, NEMA 4X – Use with LS600-4 Series - (SKU: PC1004-A-03-00-3)

Pneumercator PC1004-A-03-00-3 Automatic Pump Up/Down Pump Controller with Critical High/Low Alarms, Manual Override & Emergency Stop, 3-Phase, NEMA 4X – Use with LS600-4 Series is a PC1000-A Series control console that automates pump start/stop based on tank level, while providing critical high and critical low alarm handling through LS600 multi-point level switches.

Automatic Pump Up/Down Control: The PC1004-A-03-00-3 latches a pump control relay on a Start level input and releases it on a Stop level input, supporting both pump-up (fill) and pump-down (empty) logic as configured for the application.

Critical High and Low Level Alarms: With four monitored level points, the controller supports Critical Low, Low, High, and Critical High conditions, each with its own status indicator and alarm relay output for integration with remote alarms or control devices.

Manual Override and Emergency Stop: A front-panel Manual Auto/Off selector and a momentary Manual On function allow on-demand pump operation, while a red Emergency Stop pushbutton immediately shuts down the pump in abnormal or emergency situations.

Audible/Visual Alarm Annunciation: The console includes bright status LEDs and an integral horn, with reset and test pushbuttons to acknowledge alarms, silence the horn, and verify that all alarm channels, indicators, and relays are functioning correctly.

Intrinsic Safety for Field Sensors: Intrinsically safe input channels accept dry-contact signals from LS600 series point level sensors mounted in hazardous areas, allowing in-tank switches to be wired directly without external safety barriers when installed per code.

NEMA 4X FRP Enclosure: The PC1004-A-03-00-3 is housed in a weather-tight, corrosion-resistant fiberglass-reinforced plastic enclosure suitable for mounting in non-hazardous areas exposed to dust, moisture, and outdoor conditions.

3-Phase Pump Output: A dedicated 3-phase pump control relay output, wired through the bottom conduit entries, allows direct on/off control of a motor starter or contactor for typical fuel, oil, or water transfer pumps.

System Integration with LS600-4: Designed to work with LS600-4 multi-point level sensors, the controller maps each float contact to start/stop and alarm channels, enabling full pump sequencing and multi-point overfill/low-level protection from a single tank sensor.

Typical Applications: PC1004-A-03-00-3 is suited for bulk fuel storage, day tanks, generator sub-base tanks, and other industrial or commercial systems requiring automatic pump control plus critical high and low level alarms in a single NEMA 4X control package.
